Return Window

Our customer support team will respond with return authorization and next steps. Kindly note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
Return Shipping & Processing
Once your return is approved:
We will provide a return shipping label and instructions
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval status
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos. We will prioritize resolution through a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate.
