Return Window

Customers are eligible to return products within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Include original packaging, tags, and seals (if applicable)

• Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Supporting photos (if applicable)

Our customer support team will respond with return authorization and next steps. Kindly note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

Return Shipping & Processing

Once your return is approved:

• We will provide a return shipping label and instructions

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval status

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos. We will prioritize resolution through a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items are non-returnable:

• Used or opened personal care products

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Perishable goods

• Gift cards

• Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, kindly return the original item following the standard return process and place a new order separately.
